  2. Chop all veggies into about an inch in size

  5. Add sausage to veggies
  6. Add olive oil and toss
  7. Add seasonings across all the food according to taste
  8. Place in oven for 10 minutes
  9. Take out of oven and toss
  10. Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes (I like to put in for 13 minutes
  11. Cook 4 cups of rice
  12. Take out of oven and mix with rice
  13. Add some more paprika to color rice
  14. Enjoy
