Hey everyone, it is John, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, flatbread. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Flatbread is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Flatbread is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

And though I bake bread with yeast more frequently nowadays, I still find it easier and a general preference to make bread without yeast. Maximum taste, most tasty outcome with minimum effort - but without compromising on the end result. Bonus: Flatbreads work as a sandwich wrap or breakfast base, too. What's the difference between a pizza and a flatbread?

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook flatbread using 3 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Flatbread:
  1. Take 2 1/2 cups self raising flour
  2. Get Oil
  3. Get 1 cup warm water

  3. Turn the dough out onto their counter and knead,adding a little flour if the dough is too sticky. The dough should be soft,but not sticky enough to adhere to your hands or the counter
  4. Let the dough rest for 10mins.
  5. Roll out the dough into a large circle,about ¼inch thick,spread about 1tsp oil over the surface of the dough.Roll the dough up into a long roll
  6. Cut the dough into 8pieces.roll each piece out flat into 6inch circle. Let circles rest
  7. Heat a pan over low medium heat.
  8. Roll the first circle of dough out as thin as possible
  9. Add about 1tsp oil to the pan.place dough in a hot pan.cook until the bread puffs up and turns light brown on the pan side 1-2 mins
  10. Remove from heat and place in a colander to cool cover the bread
  11. Serve as desired.
