  7. Take 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Dry Oregano
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup canned sweet corn
  10. Get oil 2 tblsp + for deep-frying
  11. Prepare Salt to taste
  12. Take 1/4 tsp crashed Black pepper or to taste
  13. Take 2 eggs beate
  14. Get 2 eggs beaten
  15. Get For the roll binding paste
  16. Take 4 tblsp All-purpose flour
  17. Prepare Water as required
Steps to make 🥙Vegetable Tortilla Spring Rolls🥙:
  1. #Frying_Mathod: - - #1.Heat the pan at medium heat and add 2 tbsp of oil. Now add garlic and let it cook till it turns pink. - - #2. Add chopped onions, saute and cook till onion turns pink. Now add cabbage and carrot and cook till vegetables are becomes little soft and roasted.
  2. #3.Once vegetables is roasted add sweetcorn and capsicum and salt. Mix everything well and cook till vegetables are become soft and dry but not mushy.
  3. #4. Add chilli flakes and dried oregano, black pepper. Give a nice mix and switch off the heat. - and let the mixture cool down for some time. - In the meanwhile take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add little water at a time and make a thick paste.
  4. #5.Now take one tortilla cut down the round edges make a Square shape (if you need) put generous amount of stuffing on it, Hold it from one side and make a tight roll. - apply some all-purpose flour paste all the sides and stick the roll. Gently press it so that roll sticks firmly.
  5. #6.When all the rolls are ready dipping in beaten egg than roll them in a bread crumbs repeat the same process when all rolls is done. - - #7.Put the woak medium low heat with enough oil for frying when the oil is heat up drop down roll in a oil 2 or at a time do not overcrowd. When the rolls is light Golden Brown colour take them out in a paper towel. - Tortilla spring rolls are ready to serve.
  6. #Baking_Method: - - #1. If you like your rolls are baked put it on the baking tray and coat them with olive oil from all the sides. - - #2. Bake them in pre-heated oven at 395F or 200C for 10-12 minutes. Then take them out turn them over and bake them again for 5-6 minutes or till the rolls are crispy.
  7. #3. Keep an eye while baking tortilla spring rolls as they burn very fast. - - #Notes - - #1. If you like more heat you can add some green chillies in veggie mixture.
