After one hour dough gets double in size.Knead for 1 minute make 8 small balls.brush ur baking tray with oil.now roll each ball to make a long rope shape twist and make a knot.pinch the ends to secure..make 8 rolls by repeating same process.Rest for 1 hour.after one hour brush all rolls with egg white.
  3. Preheat oven 180c for 15 minutes.add baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.after 15 minutes.when it turns golden colour.remove from oven.serve with soups as soup sides by cutting into two halves and add some butter.
