  1. Take 1 box jumbo Shells
  2. Prepare 1 can 8 oz. Tomato sauce
  3. Prepare 32 oz Part skim Ricotta Cheese
  4. Make ready 2 cup shredded Motzzarerlla
  5. Take 1 cup Parmesan cheese (or a mix)
  6. Get 2 Eggs
  7. Get 1 tbsp Parsley
  8. Get 1/2 tsp each, salt, pepper
  9. Take 1 large jar Spaghetti Sauce
Instructions to make CLASSIC Stuffed Shells:
  1. Spread Tomato sauce in large baking dish,or 2 smaller pans. This makes 35 shells.
  2. Microwave a large bowl of water till boiling.
  3. Add raw shells and microwave 12 minutes.
  4. Drain shells & rinse in cold water. Set aside.
  5. In same bowl mix rest of ingredients except sauce. Mix WELL.
  6. Using a spoon stuff shells with cheese mixture (about 2 Tbls.) each.
  7. Place in sauced pan. Repeat.
  8. Sprinkle with Spagetti Sauce.
  9. Bake 350° for 40 mins. Until hot and bubbly.
  10. Let cool 15 min. Serve with garlic bread.
