The ingredients needed to make Vada pav fondue:
  1. Get For vada
  2. Make ready 4 potato
  3. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  5. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  6. Make ready as needed Salt
  7. Get 1 tsp Ginger paste
  8. Take 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  9. Make ready 3 spring curry leaves
  10. Make ready 1 tsp rai
  11. Prepare 1 tsp jeera
  12. Get 1 tsp coarsely grinded coriander seeds
  13. Take 1 cup besan
  14. Get Pinch baking soda
  15. Take 1 tsp homemade vada masala
  16. Get as needed Oil for frying
  17. Take For fondue sauce / Dip
  18. Make ready 2 tsp besan
  19. Take 1 cup milk
  20. Get 2 cube processed cheese
  21. Make ready 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  22. Prepare 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  23. Take to taste Salt
  24. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  25. Prepare Pinch turmeric powder
  26. Prepare 3 tsp butter
  27. Take 1 tsp oil
  28. Make ready For chutney
  29. Get as needed Few bhajiya from besan batter
  30. Prepare as needed Red chilli powder
  31. Take 1 tsp ginger grated
  32. Get as needed Salt

Instructions to make Vada pav fondue:
  1. For fondue sauce /Dip put butter and oil in a pan then add besan and roast till then add milk and boil it then add 1 cube grated cheese and salt, ginger paste,chilli chopped and simmer till thick.lastely while serving sprinkle 1 cube grated cheese,chilli flakes and coriander leaves.
  2. Outer layer for vada - in besan add water and make a batter then add chopped coriander leaves,ginger and chilli and curry leaves and black pepper coasely grounded and salt and mix it add pinch of soda and lukewarm oil and mix it properly
  3. For stuffing- boil and mashed potatoes then do tadka with rai,jeera,coriander seeds,pinch hing,ginger,chilli,curry leaves and black pepper coarsely grounded and turmeric and saute it.then add this tadka to smashed potato and add salt to taste and make vada then vada dipped into batter and deep fried it
  4. For chutney - plain bhaiya from besan batter,red chilli powder,salt little,ginger crushed it make sukha chutney
  5. Nw serve sauce in fondue pot,light the candles and serve accomlishment with cucumber,pav roasted,mini vada marbles etc etc….
