    1. Once sauce is done, pour over lasagna rollattas & garnish with cilantro. Heat in oven prior to garnish if the mixture or noodles have cooled.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the sweet potato. Once potatoes are done, pour onto a plate and set aside.
