  1. Firstly,Melt the butter in a double boiler and after it get properly heated.Keep it aside from heat.
  2. Again in a double put again fresh bowl,and in it crack 4 eggs and whisk the eggs long enough to warm them.Then Remove it from heat and beat in the butter mixture.
  3. Then add in it lemon juice Strain the mixture through the sieve into a clean bowl and place over the simmering water.
  4. Then after that, Add the sugar and lemon zest and whisk until warm to touch and the curd become slight thick in texture.
  5. Tart method - Combine flour, salt,butter, sugar. Mix all of them together very well to make a rough dough.Now crack one egg again knead the dough now add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to remove the smell.Put it in a refrigerator for 15-20 mins by covering it with plastic or muslin cloth.
  6. Now give shape to tart in the tart shell and bake it for 20 mins.
  7. Firstly in a gas keep one bottomed thickened empty vessel.Pre-heat that vessel for about 5 mins in low flame. Now in that vessel keep one plate so that it rise slightly from the bottom.Now place all the tart on top of the plate.Cover the vessel with lid and keep some heavy thing on it.Keep it medium low flame for about 20 mins.
  8. The tart is ready.Now Assemble the tart.Pour lemon curd in the tart shell and keep it fridge for 10 mins.Lemon tart is ready to serve. Garnish it some with some kiwi or oranges as per your wish.
