  2. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  6. Prepare 2 teaspoon Malwani masala
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon curd

  11. Take 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  12. Make ready as needed Water
  13. Get to taste Salt

Steps to make Prawns Koliwada:
  1. Clean and wash prawns
  2. Apply salt, red chilli powder, coriander and turmeric powder
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, rub and add carom seeds, malwani masala, lemon juice
  4. Add curd and gram flour and rice flour
  5. Mix nicely so prawns are coated with gram flour and rice flour add water if needed, we have to only coat prawns
  6. Marinate prawns for minimum 1 hour.
  7. Deep fry on medium flame, so that prawns cook properly,
  8. Remove and serve with Sachewaun Sauce
