The ingredients needed to make Egg tart:
  1. Take Crust:
  2. Take 150 gr margarin
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp icing sugar
  4. Prepare 2 yolk
  5. Take 250 gr powder all purpose
  6. Make ready Filling:
  7. Make ready 150 ml condensed milk
  8. Prepare 200 ml water
  9. Make ready 4 yolk
  10. Take 15 gr custard powder
Steps to make Egg tart:
  1. How to make crust: combine all ingredients into a bowl. Use pie cake knife or fork to mix it before finally i use my hand😁 after this make round and wrap it and save it 1 hour in refrigerator. Set aside
  2. Combine all filling ingredients and stir well. I use strainer to get clean filling
  3. Brush pie pan with melted butter and dusting it with flour. Get out crust from refrigerator. Mold the crust into the pie pan. Pour filling into tart shell (3/4 full)
  4. Baked 160°C 30 minute
  5. Another way, after mold crust into pie pan, you can baked first 5 minute then after cold pour filling into pie. Baked again. It's more perfect
