Steps to Prepare Perfect Croissant

Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, I will show you a way to make a distinctive dish, croissant. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Croissant is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Croissant is something which I have loved my whole life.

The croissants were light, flaky and tastes great. I used a little more flour as well used pastry four instead of all-purpose. It made them a little more lighter. I cheated too and made the dough in the bread maker.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook croissant using 9 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Croissant:
  1. Make ready 1 kg Flour
  2. Take 75 gm Sugar
  3. Get 20 gm Salt
  4. Get 60 gm Unsalted butter
  5. Take 70 gm Gluten Powder
  6. Get 25 gm Bread Improver
  7. Make ready 50 gm Milk powder
  8. Make ready 15 gm Yeast
  9. Get 450 gm Water or more as per need

Lay the croissant on the work surface with the notched side closest to you. Proof the yeast in the warm water and set aside. Beat until smooth and set aside. If you have never had a croissant before, boy are you in for a treat!

Instructions to make Croissant:
  1. Mix all ingredients in dough mixer.
  2. After it completely mixed give some rest for 10 to 15 minutes
  3. Cut 3 kg dough and put it into sheeter. Roll it first time then add 600 gm of unsalted butter and 600 gm of corman butter then roll it again
  4. Crossant have one single foled on rolling then one double rolling or you can say book folding.
  5. After final folding give rest in walking or deep freezer.
  6. Take out crossant dough from freezer then roll it into sheeter then cut it as per size you need for crossant.
  7. After cutting crossant put it into proofer for some time then bake it for 18 minutes on 195 degree temperature.

Beat until smooth and set aside. If you have never had a croissant before, boy are you in for a treat! Croissants are a classic French pastry, rolled and shaped into a crescent. They're light and airy, and so buttery, with a hint of sweetness and a little bit of a yeasty, stretchy texture. There's nothing else quite like a croissant!
