  13. Take Chocolate and cream 2:1
  14. Prepare For ganache :
  15. Get 2 cup Cream
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup chocolate

  1. In a bowl add all dry ingredients.flour,sugar,baking powder,soda,cocoa
  2. Beat eggs separate and keep
  3. Now add all wet ingredients into dry ingredients except coffee water and mix well
  4. Add coffee water lastly and mix
  5. Dnt over mix
  6. Grease baking tin
  7. Pre heat oven 180ā€¢ 20 min
  8. Put cake batter 3/4 of tin
  9. Bake for 40 mins
  10. After 35 mins insert toothpick and see
  11. If it comes smooth ur cake is ready
  12. If sticky bake for 5 more mins
  13. Please keep checking as sometime pre heated oven take quick time.
  14. Take from oven and let it cool completely
  15. No hurry burry
  16. After it gets cool
  17. Heat cream and add chocolate mix well
  18. Slit cake into 2
  19. And do the icing
  20. Lastly for ganache heat cream add chocolate
  21. Mix well and put over the cake and garnish with ur favourite toppings
  22. Yummy chocolate truffle is ready
