  2. Make ready Bihun
  3. Take Stirred fried 300g shallots

  5. Get Hard boiled eggs
  6. Take from 4 fishcake
  7. Prepare Deshelled prawn from 2kg prawn
  8. Get lean pork
  9. Take Stock
  10. Get Stirred fried Shell from 2kg of prawns
  11. Get chopped red onion
  12. Take chopped shallots
  13. Get cooking oil
  14. Prepare Garlic cloves with skin
  15. Get Sengkuang
  16. Prepare Soy bean
  17. Make ready Ikan bilis
  18. Get White pepper
  19. Make ready Add rock sugar and salt to taste
  20. Make ready water
Instructions to make Childhood prawn noodles:
  1. Heating 6 tablespoon of cooking oil in a Wok and stir fried the chopped red onion and shallots for 2 minutes before adding the prawn shell. Continue to stir fried till the prawn shell getting lighter and dry, it takes about 20 minutes to be done.
  2. Put all stock ingredients in the pot and boil for 20 minutes
  3. Add in the lean pork and continue simmer the stock for another 40 minutes
  4. Take out the pork and leave it cold before slicing it
  5. Blanch the fish cake and prawn meat for 1 minutes in the stock
  6. Blanch the noodles, bihun and Kangkung in separate pot
  7. Place the noodles, bihun, Kangkung, fishcake slices, pork slices, prawns, and ladle the stock over. Top up with fried shallots for more intense soup taste.
